Thank you for booking your Christmas mini session with Kalina.Film! Below are information to help ensure you have the best experience at your photoshoot.
CHECK-IN & YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your session time. You will wait in the Client Lounge until we are ready for you.
DO NOT ARRIVE LATE or you will forfeit your session and non-refundable session fee. This is to ensure every family has the best experience in the allotted time.
If you arrive early, due to space limitations in the waiting area, please remain in your car until you are ready to check in.
Please arrive in your outfit ready to be photographed. There is no time for last minute primping, makeup, face washing or outfit change or else you cut into your allotted session time and lose out on photo opportunities with Santa.
DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT
After check-in, you will be called in to your shoot!
During your session, photographer leads the experience. While your children are being photographed, please stand behind me to watch the session. When we need your children to look into the camera, position yourself behind me and just right above my camera. We want your children to look towards the camera and not off to the side or above.
Parents are welcome to jump in for a family shot at the end!
If there are any special concerns or considerations for your family, please let us know in advance and we will do what we can to make it special for your little ones.
AFTER THE PHOTOSHOOT
After your shoot, we will be editing for the next week to get your digital images out to you before Christmas!
REFUND/RESHOOT/RESCHEDULE POLICY
* Due to the custom nature of this session and service, there are no refunds, reshoots, reschedules for ANY reason.
