WELCOME GUIDE
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
This is a special time in your life and a maternity photoshoot is the perfect way to capture this moment. Whether you are celebrating the journey to motherhood or just looking to have beautiful photos of your pregnancy, following these tips will help you look and feel your best during your photoshoot.
TIMING YOUR SHOOT
For expecting mothers carrying singletons, a good time to schedule your maternity shoot is between 28-32 weeks of pregnancy (around 7-8 months). At this stage, your belly will be beautifully round but you will still be comfortable for posing. If you are expecting twins or more, it is recommended to schedule your shoot earlier, between 26-30 weeks, as twins tend to arrive earlier than singletons.
HAIR AND MAKEUP
Having professional makeup can make a huge difference in your photos. You will also feel beautiful and confident during your shoot. False lashes can also add a nice touch to your eyes.
CLOTHING CHOICE
Choosing the right outfit can make a big difference in your photos. Consider choosing loose and flowy clothing that accentuates your curves and shows off your bump. You can also consider wearing something form-fitting to highlight your shape. It’s also a good idea to bring a few different outfits to the photoshoot to have some variety in your images.
PRACTICE YOUR POSES
While your photographer will guide you through posing, it can be helpful to practice in advance. Standing with your hand on your bump, sitting with one leg crossed over the other, or lying on your side are all common maternity poses. Practicing these poses in front of a mirror can help you feel more confident during the photoshoot.
BE CONFIDENT AND ENJOY YOURSELF
Remember that these photos are meant to capture this special moment in your life. Be confident, relax, and enjoy yourself. This is your time to shine and show off your beautiful bump!
In conclusion, a maternity photoshoot is a wonderful way to capture this special time in your life. By following these tips and working with a professional photographer, you can be assured that you will have beautiful images to look back on for years to come.

Timeline and Investment
To secure your desired date for the maternity photo session, simply pay the retainer fee and schedule your shoot. We typically book 4-6 months in advance, so it’s best to plan ahead. If you’re in need of an immediate session, please reach out via email as we make every effort to accommodate everyone, and you might be in luck!
On the day of your shoot, you’ll begin with an hour-long pampering session. While you’re getting ready, we’ll assist you in selecting outfits and planning the details of your shoot. Once makeup is complete, we’ll proceed with the photography session, which typically lasts for about an hour to an hour and a half.
Following your shoot, we’ll schedule an ordering appointment within 1-2 weeks. This is when you’ll have the opportunity to view your stunning images and make decisions regarding your purchases. Albums and wall art will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.
If you choose to pay in full during the reveal session, your order will be placed that same night. We accept credit cards, offer a 3% discount for cash payments, and provide no-interest payment plans. If you opt for a payment plan, your images will be delivered once the plan is paid in full. For clients who purchase wall art or albums, the final order will typically be received in 4-6 weeks or less.
Our collections start at $620, which includes a photo package of 8 portraits or a wall art and the investment goes up from there. The total investment varies depending on factors such as the number of images desired, the type of album selected, and whether you're interested in wall art or digital files.
Each client's preferences and needs are unique, resulting in varying investment levels. Some clients spend $620, most spend more than that and a few spend several thousand. Every client is different.
