We start with a quick call to get to know you—your personality, style, hobbies, and what makes you unique. This helps us design a session that feels authentic and tailored just for you. We’ll also talk about location options (studio or outdoors), wardrobe suggestions, and the overall vibe you want to capture.

After our call, you’ll receive an Inspiration Guide to help you start thinking about where you’d love to display your portraits and which loved ones might appreciate them as gifts.

This chat can happen over the phone or in zoom—whatever works best for you.

2. Your Session Day

The fun begins! Your one-hour portrait session is relaxed, guided, and completely centered around making you feel confident and look your best. Whether we’re in the studio or outside in a beautiful local spot, you’ll receive expert posing and styling support.

We never rush your session—it’s your time to shine.

3. Private Reveal & Ordering Appointment

About a week later, you’ll come back for your reveal. Get ready to see your portraits in a beautiful slideshow in our cozy studio gallery. We’ll help you narrow down your favorites and guide you through product options like albums, framed wall art, and gift prints. This is when you’ll place your order.

4. Portrait Pickup or Delivery

In 3–4 weeks, your custom artwork will be ready. You can pick it up at the studio or choose delivery—whichever is most convenient for you.
